Aziz Ansari Sets New Directorial Debut After Bill Murray Movie Shutdown

Aziz Ansari has now set his sights on a new directorial debut after his previous movie was shut down following allegations made against star Bill Murray. Best known for starring in Parks and Recreation and Master of None, Ansari was poised to make his directorial debut with Being Mortal, a dramedy starring Murray, Seth Rogen, and Keke Palmer. The film was put on hold and later officially canceled when reports emerged of Murray's inappropriate behavior on set, for which the actor paid a settlement of $100,000.
