Google this week unveiled its conversational AI service 'Bard' in what could be the most formidable competition for OpenAI's wildly-popular chatbot, ChatGPT. The launch comes just over two months after the Microsoft-funded OpenAI unveiled its conversational chatbot that has fascinated, enthralled and scared tech enthusiasts at the same time. While the service was originally offered as a free tool for enthusiasts to play around with, the company has now introduced a paid tier that will offer round-the-clock access, faster response times, and priority access to new features for $20 per month.
