The show features a cast of players separated into two groups, the "faithful" and the "traitors." The traitors secretly eliminate ("murder") faithfuls from the game, and the faithfuls vote out ("banish") those whom they suspect are traitors. If the faithfuls eliminate all the traitors, they split the prize pot among themselves, but if any traitors are left standing at the end of the game, the traitors take home the entire prize pot.
