Lucasfilm Confirm Next Star Wars Movie Plans – Jedi Origin, Mandalorian Movie, & Rey’s Return

Lucasfilm has officially confirmed they intend to continue on with their next Star Wars movie projects. At Star Wars Celebration 2023, Lucasfilm announced upcoming Star Wars movies that would focus on the origin of the Jedi, Rey's return to Star Wars with her new Jedi Order, and a culmination event of The Mandalorian-era, but the effects of the long-running strikes in Hollywood in addition to Lucasfilm's past tendencies to cancel movie projects left their true fate somewhat unknown.
