Few viewers could have predicted how long The Conners would last. The show began life as Roseanne back in 1988 and was a huge hit, airing nine seasons throughout the ‘90s. When Roseanne was revived for season 10 in 2017, the series proved a ratings success, but due to the controversy surrounding Roseanne Barr, it had to reinvent itself as The Conners.
