The HBO miniseries Band of Brothers, based on Stephen Ambrose’s non-fiction bestseller of the same name, recounts the stories of Easy Company, an American battalion of paratroopers whose World War II campaign took them all the way from training in Atlanta, Georgia to Hitler’s Eagle’s Nest.
