10 Potential Members Of The MCU’s New Defenders Team

Marvel Studios could form a new Defenders team in the MCU, bringing together several street-level superheroes to revive the team after its debut in Marvel Television's Defenders Saga. Comprising Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders and The Punisher, Marvel Television's Defenders Saga released on Netflix between 2015 and 2019, and focused on darker and grittier storylines, putting some of Marvel's most human street-level superheroes in the spotlight. The Defenders saw Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist come together to battle the Hand, but the series didn't tap into the team's full potential in the MCU.
