The Upshaws cast has turned what could have been just another sitcom into one of Netflix's most popular comedy shows. Created by Regina Y. Hicks and Wanda Sykes, The Upshaws tells the story of an unconventional family. Mike Epps and Kim Fields are Bennie and Regina Upshaw, a married couple who have three kids of their own and one other who is Bennie's son from another woman. With Sykes also appearing in the Netflix series as Regina's sister, the family has to deal with various personal and professional problems while trying to make their family work.
