Showtime’s The Agency has impressed with its star-studded cast in season 1, and now the spy series has scored a season 2 renewal. Based on the popular French program Le Bureau des Légendes, the show concerns an undercover agent named Martian (Michael Fassbender) who is pulled out of the field where he returns to the Agency’s recruitment office. However, once he returns to the “real world”, he begins to suspect that the woman he is falling in love with might also be a spy. Though hardly the most original spy series ever, The Agency dazzles with its starry ensemble.
