Bridgerton Spinoff Queen Charlotte Season 2 Chances Teased By Creator

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story's chances at getting a second season have been addressed by creator Shonda Rhimes. The six-episode limited series is a prequel to Netflix's hit romantic drama Bridgerton, which is based on the Julia Quinn novel series of the same name and follows the love lives of the Bridgerton siblings in Regency-era England. Queen Charlotte follows the title character, played in the Bridgerton timeline by Golda Rosheuvel and as a young woman by India Amarteifio, as she navigates her own complicated romance and ascension to the throne when she marries King George.
