Stephen King has thrown his weight behind the Idris Elba series Hijack. Hijack is a seven-part miniseries that premiered on Apple TV+ on June 28. It stars Elba as Sam Nelson, a business negotiator who must apply his skills to a much higher-stakes situation when his flight from Dubai to London is hijacked. The cast of the series also includes Neil Maskell, Eve Myles, Christine Adams, Max Beesley, Archie Panjabi, Ben Miles, and Kate Phillips.
